We are body, mind and spirit and I firmly believe neglecting any one area leads to an imbalance that will hinder robust health.  On the flip side, by addressing all three, we can bring the body back into balance and restore health!

As a Certified Natural Health Professional, Certified Nutritional Counselor, Certified Health Specialist, Master Herbalist, Certified Natural Health Consultant and Naturopath with years of experience teaching, growing and formulating herbs, I use my extensive knowledge to encourage and teach you through speaking events, various classes and coaching appointments. I also offer general appointments, so instead of a coaching call regarding your health, we can discuss anything pertaining to natural health, real food, making ferments/sourdough, making and using herbal medicine, soil fertility and growing medicinal herbs, or any other relevant topic on your mind.

  Think of it this way... you can learn the general game of baseball in about 5 minutes.  However, if you want to become a star player, finding a great coach is going to save you an enormous amount of time and money in the long run by bringing all of their experience to the table. I strive to empower you to achieve significant results.
